WuXi Vaccines’ Suzhou site is in Suzhou Industrial Park, a 1.5 hour-drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. This BSL-1 and BSL-2 facility offers clinical and commercial manufacturing services for DS and drug product. High-speed DP fill and finish capability is anticipated in 2025.

DS BSL-1
- CHO platform with single-use bioreactors: 50, 250, 500, and 1,000 L
- Microbial platform with stainless steel fermenters: 200 L is ready for use with the ability to scale up to 500 L
DS BSL-2 plug-and-play
- Microbial platform with stainless steel fermenters: 100 L is ready for use with the ability to scale up to 200 L
- Viral platform with single-use bioreactors: 200 L are ready for use with the ability to scale up to 500 L
DP:
- For both liquid and lyophilization vial fills
- Equipped with a 1 × 5 m2 freeze dryer
- Capable of suspension and emulsion filling
- Filling volume:

- Up to 200 L for liquid
- Up to 50L for suspension and emulsion
